Enjoy the salt air and ocean breeze while dining al fresco from the large deck, complete with a built-in grill and cocktail station. The deck features Restoration Hardware outdoor sofas and chairs, as well as a Telescope outdoor dining table for six. The two bedrooms offer ample space, with the primary bedroom featuring an en-suite bathroom complete with a walk-in shower. Summer beach living at its best!

A note about large gatherings, children, and pets:
I hate to implement this, but unfortunately, I've had guests who've not respected the rules around large gatherings, children, and pets. I am flexible and open to discussion if you are interested in hosting more than eight people for dinner, at the beach, or a celebration at my home. I live in a residential beach community, and I like my neighbors :-). If there is an event that could impact neighborhood parking and noise, I want to give my neighbors a heads-up. They are great and very understanding, so we can likely work it out, but they don't like surprises. Please send an inquiry if you would like to discuss.
However, if there has not been prior written approval and guests host a gathering with more than eight people, bring children under 10 to stay overnight, or bring pets to the house, additional charges are as follows:
- Gathering exceeding eight people: $1,000 per event
